unique and stylized approach to catering.
Our energetic and
enthusiastic staff promises to give you a great dining experience on
the road.
At MEC we pride ourselves in
creating a home environment while you are away. Our mobile
kitchen will move into each new venue providing personal
service on site. MEC chefs buy at least 50% of
our entire product locally, from farmers, coops and artisans
on the road. Buying local, fresh and organic is very
important to our clientele and us. Being able to buy product
fresh and locally especially on the road allows the chef the
flexibility to cook local and regional cuisine.
